Hints for providers of activities

Alpen-Klangrausch is a gathering, which means that everyone pays the organisation fee and has no obligations to perform or to present but do what ever he or she likes.
So no musicans' fee, no payment for performing and on the other side no obligations.
If you want, you can enlist yourself and play a set, but you do not have to. The most exciting encounters arise on site during the three days.

We would be very happy if this settings fit for you, but we have full understanding if that is not your frame.

We would be pleased to briefly announce your performances and other contributions on our website, for which we need a short announcement text; e.g. in the way: title, type of contribution (concert / dance music / lecture...), contributors, genre (if desired), further links to own websites of the performers - so that is perhaps also some advertisement for you.

What is also important: there is a hall in which acoustic concerts are possible, but there also inevitably is some ambient noise.

If the weather is fine it is possible to perform under an idyllic tree somewhere around the yard, which results in a very cool concert atmosphere but in a rather small frame.

There is generally no amplification with the exception, that to raise quiet instruments of a band to the volume of the loudest acoustic instrument involved is o.k. (One would have to bring ones own technical equipment for this).

You can also for the moment just register, and then decide on the spot if and what you want to offer - but, be aware that previously agreed offers have priority in the timing and in the use of the hall and when it comes to weatherproof places.

No obligation also means that you can cancel announced contributions  at short notice without any disadvantage.
